Turbocharger

A rush of adrenaline

A turbocharger is a mechanical device that can be fitted to a car’s engine. The turbocharger uses exhaust gases from the engine to spin a turbine, which in turn sucks in more air from outside. Compressed air is then forced into the ignition chamber/cylinders. The compressed air packs the oxygen molecules closer together, adding more fuel into the mix to generate more power from the engine during combustion.
