A booster shot to bring your car alive

If you haven’t driven your vehicle for a long time, chances are its battery has discharged. To get it going again, you need to jump start the car with the help of another fully charged car battery. Once your car has started, you must let the engine idle for around 30 minutes so the vehicle’s alternator can recharge the battery. Please refer to the car owner's manual regarding jump-starting the car, or the correct course of action in case of a dead battery.
