   Maruti Suzuki Rewards App has a Driving Behavior Monitoring feature that scores App user's driving behavior on various safe driving parameters. With User's explicit permission in the App, this feature uses User's Smartphone's Location information, even when the App is in background or not open. This data is used for detecting that User has started or stopped driving, and to log and analyze the Driving behavior of the User.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
   

   Maruti Suzuki will not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to anyone. Maruti Suzuki will send Personally Identifiable Information about you when: We have consent to share the information We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process. When we find your action on the web site violates the Maruti Suzuki terms and condition or any of your usage guidelines for specific products or services.
